Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with international clients, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships to support our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with international clients via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Identify potential markets and generate leads through research, outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to align client expectations with deliverables.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and update client data and sales activities in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present solutions effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with B2B sales or service-based industries (IT, design, marketing, etc.).
- Familiarity with global markets and international business culture.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
